kung ako pangutanon (if school), look for the school which has the most count of better performing students on the average level.

in the end naa rna sa paningkamot sa studyante. wala na sa skul. although the NAME of the school (if planning to work locally), instructors (including minor courses), and facilities are also factors not to mention how each school assemble their comp sci programs, accreditatons, BENEFITS, etc.

UP oi kay center of excellence..daghan pa jud lingaw and kabuang..i agree with mabix,dli man jd mo-matter always if wer ka skul gkan pero it's an advantage jd if you're from UP...go UP!!
