The cut does matter but it depends on your mobility as a player. Generally speaking, power players live in the post and hence, their movements are limited to pivots in the lane. The shoe's cut affect a player's agility and speed. Power players need more cushioning.

Nope, that is inaccurate. It was released in very limited numbers at Nike Bonifacio High Street branch as well as through the Titan stores.
