The American International Culinary & Hospitality Institute (AICHI) located in Cebu, Philippines is setting the standard and broadening the culinary horizon of excellence in the Philippines and throughout all of Asia.

AICHI is reaching out and leading the way. AICHI teaches the future of culinary arts to students from all walks of life. Student’s eager to achieve excellence and innovation with a strong desire to excel in the profession of culinary arts.

About Us

AICHI was founded in the year 2009, The need for such an institute brought together professional chefs and industry experts with the same goal in mind; “to offer the best education in the culinary field and give students an opportunity to fulfill their dreams”. AICHI is now in its fourth (4th) year. Graduates of AICHI have gone on to work at notable hotels, restaurants, resorts and cruise ships both locally and abroad.


AICHI's February 2013 batch will be on FEBRUARY 6, 2013, Wednesday. And we are still accepting applications for enrollment for our 5 month, 2 year program in our world class culinary and service related programs.

There's no such secret. Fees, Programmes are emailed so that interested parties may have a much more detailed information about the programmes.
