On my way to work from Mandaue to IT Park (motor). I was at the right lane when this speeding Ford car (no plate) driven by a Korean suddenly sweered to the right almost hitting me. I was quick enough to avoid him & made an emergency stop at the side of the road. I caught up with him due to traffic infront of UC Banilad. I saw with him this slut I believe its her Filipino GF as if nothing happened. I kept my cool. This type of undesirable aliens should not be issued a Drivers License. .... Calling LTO ........

i assume this has become a common occurrence. i noticed that almost all police stations within cebu city has a "korean help desk". i asked some of the police officers why there is such a desk and all police officers from different stations had the same answer. almost every week, if not every day, there is always some vehicular accident involving koreans. there is even a "special" korean desk at the citom office. it is a common psychology with us homo sapiens that we are territorial beings. if there are abusive drivers that are pinoys, we seem to tolerate because they belongs to this turf as much as we do. but these abusive korean drivers who do not even pay any taxes to this country seems to be more abusive than any other foreigners that stays in cebu. so, that is why i fully understand what the ts is trying to imply here.
