HELP! CRT Monitor Shuts Off Randomly...

Ok here's the thing. naa koy one year old na PC. While surfing websites the monitor suddenly goes blank (AOC btw). Murag syag mustandby mode since mu-amber ang LED. I try ctrl+alt+delete, nothing happens. Pero gadagan gihapon ang fans, sounds (since i was video streaming) and i checked the temperature, it was ok. I wasnt overclocking or anything. Gigoogle ni nako but so far walay solution ang mga tao despite daghan kaayo with the same problem. I have to shut my pc down manually and then turn it back on. This started to happen after naginstall ko ug ATI catalyst software (im not sure if this has anything to do with it) but then ako ra giuninstall thinking mao ang reason. turns out mapwang gihapon ang monitor. do u guys have any thoughts on this?

I suggest you try to isolate the problem by replacing the monitor/cpu and see if who contributes the problem
