Position: Line Manager

Job Content:

• Full managerial responsibility
• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors
• Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Sets priority for team members to assure task completion.

Scope:

• Applies management expertise to set direction and resolve problems in own discipline
• Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems
• Is able to explain and present highly complex solutions.
• Forecasts resource needs; manages allocated budget
• Provides technical/functional leadership and first line supervision for the team members, including their competence development.
• Acts as a role model for company values.

Requirements:

• 5 years in technology or functional area and/or in project management.
• Work experience in technology or functional area
• Has a technical or project management background
• First line manager for at least >5 years
