NTC blocked celfone- ma unblock ba ug lain?

my 1month old SE W700i got stolen last december.. gisibat ug maid na bag-o. akong gipa block sa ntc. i asked aerophone, where i purchased the unit, kung ma unblock ba ug lain, ma unblock daw.. so walay pulos pagpa block sa ntc? i asked junrex, ingon ang naa didto, ang ntc ra gyud daw maka unblock ana kung magpa block ka.
kung ma unblock ug lain man gud, i was thinking kung pwede ba kaha magpa block sa ntc every month (!) para mahasol gyud ang kawatan. i called them up pero the lady who answered told me to go to their ofc, pero wa pa koy time.

so.. unsa man gyud, ma-unblock ba ug lain kung na-block na sa ntc? or ang ntc raba maka unblock ana?

before you can change the imei no. easily

but now i hope they made the imei number more secure. NTC blocks the specific imei no.

if the imei no. can still be changed easily then its really useless blocking it since the crook who stole it can have the imei no. changed.

I heard that policy of NTC is useless

useless ra btaw ang policy sa NTC kay ma-unblock man ang cellphone.

no its not useless. ma block na sya. unlike sa mga older phone nga ma change ra nimo ang IMEI sa phone thru flashing (like 3210 or 3310) karn di na.

since high end man imong phone ang IMEI num nya kay naka embed sa usa ka chip nga di basta basta ma ilisan.

kng ganahan ka ilisan. its very expensive at the same time wa lay mo ilis dri sa cebu. kng naa man gani lisud pangitaon

yep, and im pretty sure NTC has opened this problem to cellphone manufacturers..

We cant deny there are still people who can change IMEI's easily, leaks are everywhere its just "WHERE" they get it.
