this warm summer weather is driving me crazy. what do you do to cool yourself down?

i know how you feel bro... i spent the whole day at home and was sweatin like crazy... i was gonna take a bath again to cool off but then we had no water since 1pm... the water came back on around 9 pm so i took a bath then... hmmmmmmm....

was drivin most of the time the whole day and it was super hot outside. Not sure really what to do, the AC on the car was almost at maximum. but drinking a glass of cold(not freezing cold) water every now and then helps.

Yes I agree, drink plenty of cold water. That helps a lot to cool down your body temperature.

I agree. It drives me crazy too. I find relief hanging out in SM, para pabugnaw sa utok. Grabe gyud.
