Default Samsung Galaxy S3 2 GiB Ram [Korean Version]

Hellow guys, i just wan't to know if its true that my Samsung Galaxy S3 has 2GiB ram, i bought it yesterday to a Korean, i've been searching a lot in Youtube and Google, my Samsung Galaxy S3 Model is "SHV-E210K".

Look at the Specs of my Samsung Galaxy S3 Korean Version : Samsung SHV-E210K Galaxy S III LTE Specs | Technical Datasheet | PDAdb.net

    And compare it to a normal Samsung GT-i9300 Galaxy S III : Samsung GT-i9300 Galaxy S III 16GB / Galaxy S3 Specs | Technical Datasheet | PDAdb.net

Mine has 2GiB ram and the others has 1GiB, and it has "LTE". What is LTE guys could some one explain it to me ?

The release date of mine is July 2012 and the other one is May 2012.

My Galaxy S3 has an Antenna too, at first i tough i got scammed that it was a China Phone but after my research its not...

I guess Korean use this Antenna for there TV in Korean country.

Does this S3 exist only in Korea or in other countries too ?

Thanks in advance for your answers guys

LTE, an initialism of long-term evolution, marketed as 4G LTE, is a standard for wireless communication of high-speed data for mobile phones and data terminals. Which is popular in Korean Phones.

Which is common in Korean Phone, I first saw this with my Korean Galaxy S1 M110s, and then also my Galaxy Tab MS180s.

Wow thanks for your answer SmaRkieS, i've got another question please, can i use the antenna for Philipino Tv or its for Korea only ? hehehe thanks

Sad to say NO, because we don't broadcast Digital TV on air... the TV feature is only available to which country offers DBTV signals.

Another issue of your Korean phone is SMS which is limited to 80 char. But you can convert it, and other issue is the 3G signal, pero dependi rapud na sa imong SIM, basta na hasol dyud ko sa akong 3G settings hehehe.

Oh really that's too bad hehehe

So that's the this-advantage when using Korean Phone in another country, how about the advantage ? are they any advantage of this Galaxy S3 Korean version ?

Hmmmm murag na tubag napud nimo heheheh.. your 2 GB Ram is the advantage, of its kind. Each kind was made for its country man gud... like the 4G LTE which is famous in Korea mao ni offer sila ana, and those international models kay standard lang kay not all country can offer the LTE service..

As what I have posted above, if you have spare time to read this. Samsung Galaxy S III - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Then you will know unsay naka lahi for each variant.

Mura gud na ug Xperia Series, diba naka notice ka daghaaaaaaaaan kaayo Sony Xperia, like U, S, J, L, blah blah blah blah, strategy na sa company para mahalin pud ang ilang model, and more choices can choose from Phone Finder results - GSMArena.com

Mura pud Nokia phones or other brands na, this same release date ang camera dili pariho ug megapixel, tapos ang next napud low megapixel but can offer LED flash, and then other model nag offer ug XENON flash than LED Flash.... mao ni naka hasol hahahah sige lang ka ug ilis... mao na CHOICES...

You can search raman sa meaning sa LTE and its purpose. To save your trouble, here it is. From (What does ‘LTE’ mean? » Mobimatter)

[LTE or long term evolution is a potential solution for the lack of standards in the mobile space and would act as the precedent for the next-generation, 4G technology. It would create greatly needed continuity and consistency in the overly complex mobile ecosystem. The main advantages with LTE are:

    High throughput
    Plug and play convenience
    Improved end-user experience
    Low operating costs
But 4G is not expected to hit the mainstream before the middle of the next decade and if LTE is really tied to 4G technology then we’re looking at quite a few years of standard-less platform. Ultimately, we need a common system with technology that has power power to deliver broadband-like performance.]

Nakaapan lang is wala pa LTE diri sa atoa, sa Manila pa naa. Although it would be at a greater advantage if LTE na imo phone daan kay if ever available na LTE sa atoa then ready naka daan. The 2GB ram is a sweet touch and feature sa imo phone. It's already a very good enough reason for you to be very happy and content with your phone and for it to be praised
