Wa na jud tawn ko kasabot unsaun ni....

Kuan, naa ko file for real estate excel, naa didto ang monthly amortization per subdivision....Ingun ani and per column:

Name of Subdivision, house type, monthly amortization, reservation, equity, total price, loanable amount

Then, nag download sad ko ug another file from MS nga loan calculator nga mu calculate sa monthly amortization. Ang loan calculator nga file kay i enter pa didto ang loan amount, annual interest rate, loan period in years, then ang result kay ang monthly amortization. Bali lahi jud xa nga file.

Unsaun man nako pag merge ning duha ka file, let's say nga sa "real estate excel" file nako, everytime mag enter ko ug total price mu automatic na dayun pag calculate ang monthly amortization using ang "loan calculator" nga lahi sad nga file?

Na-a nasad formula ang akong "real estate excel" file, nga everytime mag enter ko ug total price ug sa reservation, mu calculate na ang loanable amount and equity. Gusto unta nako nga ako i enter kay total price nlng ug reservation, ang excel na bahala mu calculate sa monthly amortization para sa tanan subdivisions, arun dili nako mag tagsa2x enter sa monthly amort.

TS murag di na possible i merge nimu ang 2 files unya ma retain nimu ila formula. Wa pa ko ka try ani, pero try lang ang usa nimu ka file mag add kag "New Sheet" didto. imo siya nganlan like "real_estate", unya i copy and paste ang content sa real estate file inum. not sure kung maapil ba ug copy ang formula nuon mao try lang. kung maapil ug copy siya i try ug adjust sa formula so formula from both sheets can see each other.
