This year will mark my 15 years of service to my present company - the first company, the first real job (part time work in college is not counted) I landed after college. Maayo nga achievement pero dili ko kaingon my best decision - i.e. to have stuck to 1 job/company this long. Wala koy makumpara. Work environment at present becomes comfort zone...

congratz TS..that is a big achievement imho..not everybody can stay in a company for that long (unless it's a government institution..lol)

if your career has advanced in that company, and you think there is still a possibility of moving up, then by all means stay...

you don't need comparison in order for you to be satisfied in the status you have right now..it's all about contentment, but then again, too much of that is bad as well...

i suggest you enrich your knowledge on the field your working in...continuous learning..i believe that there are new things to learn everyday..that would motivate you more and be satisfied in the person you have become,..career-wise

but that's just me

so what's the problem ts? you want to shift career? is the pay good in that companY? or na bored na ka sa imo work? nindot siguro na nga company kay naabot man ka ug 15 years. dako na siguro ka ug gratuity pay kung muresign ka no? hehehe

Ask your employer for a loyalty award every christmas party. This was the custom in our company and one reason why people stays. Maka ad colors man gud na ts..

In my present company I am already 5 years in stay, akoang mga kauban naa nay 30 years, cge lang dawat ug dada taga party..
