    > This person sold me a Samsung S2 after 5 days of using kay system error na.. kalimot nako unsa to iya thread and dili mu tubag nko.. (naglimpyo kog inbox before ni nahitabo, unya wako nag post2x sa iya thread msge ra) wana koi kwarta paayo ani, kay abi nko good as brand new

    Kining mga swindlers dire sa istorya ba, mao naka ingon nga bisan katong legitimate og truthful sellers kay dudahan na. Let's wait for the others to chime in.

    mao lagi ma generalize na kahuman ang mga tarong maamong, kanusa paman mo magbag.o tawn oi, pasko na oi, wa pa mulatay ang konsensiya diha?

    from day1 -4 ok r ang unit? basin di pud sala sa seller sir, basin ang item lang jud ang naay problem, (what i mean is basin unaware pud ang seller ana na problem bah) nya na tungnan na sa imo ni tukar,,, wala pud diay na warranty? tsk tsk tsk,,,, upppp lang ko ani sir,,, sa mga seller mas maayo pd na maghatag ta gamay warranty para dali ra ma solve mga ingon ani na problem.

    Hello sa tanan! - wala ni sya na tagak during the time the item was handed to me! I did not also abuse on using or draining down the battery or whatsoever.. kung sa P.C pa ni na error dapat na ni e reformat kay d na jud mudagan.. but in my case mu kalit lag black out ang screen, og ang sound mu krrr krr (sample kung mu hang ang p.c or laptop while nag patukar kag music) mao na!

    mao jud ni ang ksagaran prob krn dah..,knang late na mahibal.an ang prob or issue sa unit..,dats d reason jud y nhan unta q ma mplement ang Identification policy which is to present any valid ID..,pra atleast mkontak dayon ang ka deal,etc..,its not dat hard man sad,dba?,both seller and buyer should present a photocopy of thier valid ID 2gether wid d original copy sa ila ID den ehatag ang photocopy sa ka deal just to giv assurance na mkontak ra daun sya anytym nd anywhere..,pra masabot2 daun ang issue bah dli na kailangan mg.post2 na dri directly ky dghan njud mga legit seller nd buyer ndamay aning mga alay konsensya nga mga mangingilad..,up this thread TS..,hop ma ok na imo prob..

    @TS: I was in a similar situation once not too long ago... however ako ang seller I was unaware of the issue of the phone that started around 3 days after I sold him the unit me and the buyer just reached to an agreement since I always provide personal warranties I returned the money as a refund... I had the item fixed then sold again this time with no issues what so ever...

    @k4kashiiii: I strongly agree to your proposal... however instead of waiting for it to be implemented in my case i proactively give my contact information upfront and of course the buyer should do the same incase of a repeat business then VICE VERSA if im the buyer... I dont purchase if I dont have sufficient contact information from the buyer... call me paranoid but such attitude never got me scammed..

    same here mam..,mas ok man jud ng ala ky worries,dba?,f ever mka ncounter tag prob sa items..as ok jud ng mkontak nato daun atong ka deal pra to talk and solve d issue..,its better to be metikuluso dan be a victim of scam,etc..,dba?..

    d jud na malikayan na sometimes bsag unsa ka strict atong test magka issue jud ang item. it happened to me twice. way defect akong psp unya pagkahalin a week later it turns out and wifi mg unknown error na. everyday ko moduwa ug psp and I made sure to test everything including the wifi. I returned the money no questions asked. akong n70 sab wa jud issue unya 3 days later pagkahalin nikalit lang na dili na mosiga ang screen.

    in his case, dapat ang seller ready mo-uli sa kwarta.
