We are planning to start this House/Room for rent business. Can you share us the Do & Dont's esp in terms of agreement & condition, to avoid conflict between the Landlord and Boarder? and lastly to avoid deliquent payment issues. Thanks istorians & more power...

Hersay: I've heard of certain boarders who has this tendency of jumping from one boarding house/room to another place called the "Jumper" without settling the dues before leaving.

Do's: - Select nor have a background check your border nor ang mag rent sa house. Mas maayo kong border kana nag school sa mga big University if worker cya, kana nag work sa claro na company para kong dili mo bayad naka na adto-an.

- Ask for 2 months advance and 2 months deposit para if dili cya on time bayad naa paka 2 months to remind sa bayad.

- Make gyud contract para naka basihan if worse came na dili na mo bayad. Para naa sad cla mga limitation.

Dont's: - If house imo pa rent, mas maayo dili family kay mag lisud gyud ka ask for payment kong dili cla on-time mo bayad kay malu-oy man ka.

- Ayaw sogot na verbal lang inyo sabot, make a contract bisag unsa ka gamay sa ila rent.

- Ayaw sogot na-ay pets kay manimaho imo place.

Suggestion lang, sir. Instead of boarding house why not commercial space? gamay raka gasto and maintenance unya mas dako sad imo pa-abang.
