for me worth it jud cya if its in a prime location kay naa jud mupalit ana or mu-rent. if di kaayo nindot ang location, maglisod ka ana unless sobra kabarato ang price nimo. so iconsider jud na first ang location when investing kay mao man jud na objective sa mga tao nga mag condo, accessibility and convenience.

Naa koy kaila nga nag business ug condo. Dd2 siya sa IT part. 15k per month. Nya ang nag abang kay group of call center agents. daghan man sila so afford ra. Wala man siyay problema sa pag collect sa payment.
Ang iya lang advice kay Choose the best place and Condo Company, ang uban nindot ug terms ug dili.
