kung sa credit card, use the card regularly and pay on time as what mudskipper77 said. Kung in general, pangutang sa mga banks and bayri without incurring penalties. I think banks share database about borrowers

ingon ang uban mas better daw if you pay on time and you revolve the balance, meaning mas ok daw if dli bayran tanan imong balance para maka kwarta sad ang bangko nimo thru the interest.

Some of the ways I know is to simply open an savings account, checking account, invest on some of the banks mutual funds, get a credit card (and make sure you pay on time), etc. By doing so, the bank where you open your accounts will be motivated to loan you big money purchases like a house or car.
