Outbound Telemarketers :
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Learn and Understand our TaskHub ERP Software to Eloquently pitch the Value Propositions to prospective clients
- Contacting prospective clients over the phone via an outbound call, with the aim of ultimately Setting Appointment for Sales Consultant
- Update and Expand your assigned contact databases to reach out to more potential companies
What We Need:
- At least 2 years working experience in cold-call/outbound environment.
- Highly Self-Motivated, Result-Oriented and able to work Independently without much supervision
- Work Location in Cebu Office, NOT HOME BASED..
Remuneration:
- Salary package at 20,000 peso per month with 2 appointment target
- Attractive Commission Tier for Each additional Appointment Fixed starting from 3300 peso
- Working hours from 9am - 6pm (Philippine time), Monday - Friday

Marketing Executive:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Handle and conceptualize the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, edm, newsletter etc
- Occasional updating of our marketing database
- Ensuring that our website and social media platforms are updated to keep in line with our online marketing effort
- Monitor Marketing efforts and chart impact on business and revenue
- Assist in exhibitions, tradeshows and seminars coordination with Singapore's organizers and partners
- We can discuss more in the interview
Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Familiar with Social Media such as Wikipedia, Facebook, Linkedin and setting up of web pages
- At least 1 year experience in marketing or related field in a B2B environment. Online marketing experience is a plus
- Mature, independent and result oriented
- Excellent logical thinking ability.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work location in Cebu office, not home-based
