Default UPDATED Would you wait for 3 weeks to get a defective purchase replaced? DATABLITZ thinks you will

So here's the story, I recently purchased a Hori Wireless Fighting stick 3 for ps3 last November 26, 2012 from Datablitz-Ayala. I tested it on the same day, and found out that there was an issue with the Joystick (Down+Back input) , so I immediately returned it on the same day to get it checked and replaced. Unfortunately, as some of you may know, their replacement SOP needs them to ship it to their main office in manila to get it checked, and I was told that the whole process could take TWO WEEKS tops. Seeing as I really didnt have a choice, I agreed hoping that the TWO WEEKS replacement time was just an exaggeration. They told me that my item would be shipped on Saturday that week (it was Monday) which I patiently accepted, I considered that they might have had to wait till the weekend to gather other products and ship them all in one go.

This is the part where things start to get messy, I went back there on Saturday to check if the item has been shipped already, and to my dismay, they told me that they still had it and that they were going to ship it on either Monday or Tuesday. ONE WEEK DOWN. Once again, seeing as I didnt have any choice, I just nodded and left.

I didnt go back on either Monday or Tuesday, cause i thought that they would have had definitely shipped my item. Because like seriously, how long would it take to make a local shipment these days. Instead I waited for another week, staying true to the TWO WEEK time-frame they told me to wait for when I gave it to them.

Two weeks later, I finally went back to their shop, and lo and behold! They just shipped it on FRIDAY last week! Until now, I havent received a single update, as to where my item is, or even if Im getting a replacement or not!

By monday next week, it would be THREE WEEKS that Ive been waiting for a simple replacement that they could have made in a week or less.

And then it dawned on me:

    1. Some people complained on waiting for just ONE WEEK to get a replacement, but Im one week away from waiting for a friggin month!

    2. How hard is it to give even the smallest amount of priority to a customer who has been waiting this long? Hell, I would have shouldered the expense needed to get my item shipped on the same day just to get things moving.

    TL : DR

DATABLITZ is having me wait close to THREE WEEKS to get a defective product replaced, and they have been giving me zero updates at all.

Any suggestions on what actions to take? Seriously, this is just too much

    **UPDATE (12-14-2012)**

Nanawag najud ang ilang technical support team, and guess what, they arent giving me a REPLACEMENT. Ilaha daw na test pero there wasnt a problem. The thing is, is that the issue with the stick is doing a DOWN+BACK (↙) motion on the stick, I need to push it more than usual to the left to get the stick to recognize the motion. I tried doing practice mode on one of my games, while showing the inputs, and tried doing a QUARTER-CIRCLE BACK motion, and the inputs kept on showing that I was missing the DOWN+BACK motion, so instead of ←↙↓ it was only showing ←↓. I tested it over and over again, doing the reverse and such, which led me to conclude that there was indeed an issue.

Syempre if you're plainly testing the DOWN+BACK motion, mo gana ragyud siya, pero doing quick movements, movements that occur when doing actual fast paced gameplay, kay mag lisod na xag detect. I did my best to make it work, sa time nga naa pa ang stick nako, but I kept on dropping combos, because of the said problem.

AND NOW, they want me to test it AGAIN, and record the problem on video if naa man jud, but i have to wait for another EIGHT DAYS! to get my item back!

Unsaon naman ni nako ue, Wa man q mag kuwang ug explain sa problem nila, since I emailed their FB PAGE, their TECH SUPPORT INBOX, pag FIRST week pa lang daan, just to make them get the idea about the issue. Im getting even more frustrated as every day passes.

wa diay nmu ma test ang item pag palit?
Normally pud bro, kung sa computer shops pd, akng experience is, all items are with 7days replacement, 1year warranty.. meaning to say, if found defective within 7days, ilisan nila diritso ang item.. beyond 7days na gane, mao nana ang mo wait kag tag 1month..
