Hello Sir and Mam,

I need your tips about Cebu. My Singapore/Malaysia friends and I (12 persons) are visiting Cebu for a week on Sinulog week.
We are group of photographer/hobbyist and we plan to have to city tour, have island hopping, going to oslob for butanding, and of course the festival and night life in cebu.
I need to have their good impression so I should bring them to the best place and good experience.

* Please recommended affordable transportation good for 12 persons and the driver can speak in English and knows the places to go. How much per/hour.
* We are going to Oslob for Butaning, on our way, what are the interesting places to stop and photograph (people, food, market, sceneries, heritage site)?
* They are interested on taking photos cooking chicharon and rolling litson in Carcar, where can we find them and that allow photography?
* Please recommend good island hopping boat/guide with affordable price.
* Recommended wet markets - Carbon et al
* Restaurants with Yummy food. Cebu food preferred.
