I recently received notifications (3 to be exact) and when I click the drop down box, it just says 3 unapproved visitor messages. I can't do anything about it and I can't view it as well. How do I see what those messages were? or how do I get rid of the notification? And if someone can explain what it means, it would be greatly appreciated...thanks..

it's a recurring problem with vbulletin, some say it's style related but it's so random that even admins of vbulletin forums can't seem to recreate the problem (i have my own vbulletin forum and until now i still don't know what causes it, weh)

there are two ways to solve the problem:
1. click on My Profile, it will take you to your profile page where you can see your visitor messages.


then put a check on the tick box of the recent messages (or all messages para sure).


Scroll below and click on the Moderation Tools box and select Approve Messages then click on Proceed.

2. Go to your private messages


Scroll to the bottom to download a backup of your messages (save in all three formats para sure, usa-usaha og click ang XML, CSV, and TXT)


Go to the start of your messages and click on the very first tick box to select all messages in the page


Scroll down to Selected Images choose Delete then click Proceed. Do the same for all your inbox messages


hope that helps, let me know if it worked for you guys para macompare nako how it goes with different browsers and systems. so far gud it only worked on my system. tia

I've fixed this one just by exploring... click the last page of your visitor messages (depending on when the unapproved notifications appeared) the later it appeared the earlier the page you should select and do the step no. 1 of sevmiks, it will surely be fixed...

It still doesn't work...I tried sir Sevmik's steps..it's still there..
