any of the following, but the priority is #1:

[1]if ang incumbent na official kay dili maka-pasaka sa ug at least 10% sa GDP sa iyang area of responsibility, he will be banned to hold any government position for life, appointed or elected. also, any relative niya up to the 3rd degree ug any descendants up to 2 generations will also be banned for the duration of their lives. (di siya pwede kadungan ug relative up to the 3rd degree with any position nationwide)

[2]sa tanan national level na mga positions, kelangan at least holder ug master's degree, 5 years experience sa any city (or higher) government position (dapat equivalent sa imong daganan, if senator, dapat member ka sa city council; if president, dapat mayor, etc), 10 years experience sa industry, dapat top-level position. lower positions sa government, kay lower pod ang qualifications.

[3]open up the philippine economy to foreign investments (real opening, dili kanang fake). abolish 60-40 na sabot sa business. pwede na maka-own ug 100% share ang usa ka foreign investor.

[7]change the government to parliamentary and federal.

[8]ang mga driver na paugatay nga makaligis sapedestrian kay death penalty. nobody should treat any life as a commodity na pwede ra ligsan2x.

article 2 section 26 of the 1987 Philippine constitution:

    SEC. 26.
The State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service, and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law.

ako e-abolish ang "as may be defined by law", ilisan ug "any person who violates the said provision, will be executed through guillotine" hehehehe
