In my drivers license restriction is 1 and 2, and I'm driving both, Motorcycle, Car [Ford Lynx], and Van [Toyota Revo].

Note that those owning bikes with restriction of 2 only are the targets of mulcting policemen so better be sure you have the required restriction when driving one.

It's a good thing i got a license with restrictions 1 and 2 already so that means
I can drive a motorcycle and any vehicle up to 4500 kgs.

I have a restriction code 2 on my driver's license and i just bought a new motorbike, then a friend told me that i should have got another restriction code if i'm going to ride a motorbike and that is restriction code 1 on the driver's license. This what i don't understand, according to him he was apprehended by a policeman in marcos ave. checkpoint stating that his restriction code on his driver's lic. is 2 and that the restriction code for motorbike is 1. Now what I told him that if your going to look at the back of your driver's lic. card, there it was clearly indicated that Restriction Code 1 is for motorcycle and motorized tricycle, while Restiction Code 2 is for vehicles upto 4,500 kgs. in G V W (gross vehicle weight - tama ba to?). Now if your going to scale the total GVW of any motorbike available in the market it won't reach 4500 kgs. I wonder kung tama ba ako sa sinasabi ko or i should listen to my friend's advise. having a restriction 2 means that you can legally drive a motorbike. You have to have 12 on your license to be able to drive your. Not having this restriction is just like having no license at all.

get na .. it's only P45 only. Only downside is, you can only do this on a major LTO office.

The test they gave me in the mandaluyong LTO was ridiculous. They made me ride a monkey bike around in a circle, and that was it! After that I wanted to ask the tester if he wanted to see the monkey bike make a wheelie, but decided against it What a joke.

Although you're right in pointing out that no motorcycle weighs in at 4,500kgs, why would they put a restriction 1 for motorcycles in the first place if you didn't need it?

And bro, give yourself nalang a treat and enroll in a motorcycle course, the honda or the MSF one. You sure won't learn anything from the LTO.

adto lang sa LTO and ask for additional restriction. usually, pa testingun kag pa drive ana kung sa Cebu City ka mo kuha. i dunno about the other agencies though. ayaw sa SM kay para renewal ra na ilaha diha.

P500 kung magpachange ka nga dili pa expired or dili pa schedule for renewal imong DL.. pero kung imong idungan inig renew sa imong DL P100 ra imong dunggag.
