its a paradise flying tree snake bro, but has an unusual color pattern from the more common flying tree snakes. The variant is locally found in the Philippines though its not rare as it has been sighted several times here in Cebu. The snake is slightly venomous and eats lizards for most of the time. If you're in doubt you can test my theory and throw your snake in the air or from a high post and see what happens.
