Hello everyone.

I am currently looking for a room for rent, preferably near IT park area. I wouldn't mind one ride away though as long as the travel won't take 30 minutes or more. Budget is around 3k minimum and can go for 5k max (if lights and electricity is included).
Also, I would like for it to have its own CR, not shared.
