MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 40 years of age
• With at least 1 year experience in monitoring, preventive maintenance and repair of building, facilities and machinery.
• With TESDA accreditation is an advantage but not required
• Can do MULTI-TASKING.

SHIFT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
§ At least 28 Years old
§ Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
§ Preferably w/ Facilities Management Certification
§ Minimum of 5 years experience in support facilities Operation and Maintenance in Telco, Power Generation/Distribution or Large Commercial and/or Corporate Buildings
§ Has supervisory skills and the ability to manage the team and enforce agreed SLAs
§ Ability to anticipate problems, issues or conflicts and resolve the same, escalate if necessary
§ Ability to implement appropriate facilities maintenance programs and measures that adhere to standards and applicable laws and regulations
§ Knowledgeable in the operations of Centralized Facility Management System (BMS)
