Recruitment agency ra ni sila, they will not be the ones hiring you.. if mu pasar ka nila, ila ka irefer sa ila mga clients na companies. Useless kaayo ni sila, ni pass ko sa ila interview and exams and all they did was refer me to a call center. I thot at first pas2x na ako pag process sa call center na ila gi refer pero dli.. I still went through every step of the process sa pag hire sa ato na call center na mura ra ko same sa kato mga ni walk in didto... Again, dli ni sila ang company nga ga hiring, mang recruit ra ni sila para sa ila clients, but if pasar ka sa ila recruitment or dli, makes no difference, mangapply gihapon ka didto sa company na asa ka nila gi refer.

It depends man kung asa ka na client i-endorse. There are applicants na gi refer sa telecommunications company and deretso na sila Final Interview didto (of Course, as a Recruitment Firm, naa na sa Client jud ang last say). So, bali mahug na gi intial interview and screening sa Temps and Staffers Inc. As for sa Call Center clients kay protocol man sa call center na mu undergo sa whole process jd sa ilang recruitment. Ang edge if gikan ka sa Temps, ma orient ka nila daan and maka undergo kag tests na pare pareho sa mga tests sa call center so ma prepare ka. Sultian kag tips unsaon pag pasar so dako jud ang chances na maka pasar ka. I-prioritize ka sa call center na imo adtoan kay gkan ka sa ila service provider, which is Temps. Unlike if mag walk-in deretso sa call center, blanko ka unsa imo agian na process and di pa jud ka dayon i-entertain.

What's nice about this company pa jud, they don't have agency cuts. They don't ask processing fees or slashes certain amounts to employees' salaries. Ang client ila pa-shoulderon sa processing fee.

The thing is, people actually go to Temps and staffers thinking that Temps and staffers is the actual company hiring for employees. I think Temps and staffers should be more transparent as to what they really are when they advertise that they are "hiring" for certain positions. Temps and staffers is not hiring, they are just screening and endorsing.. They can't really say, "They are hiring."

Have you tried viewing their website? As I've seen in their posts and ads, they've always indicated their website. And that transparency, you are looking for is very much indicated there. I've even seen an overview of their company in their postings in Jobstreet. Also, I believe, as an applicant, it is always ones duty to check the background of the company they are applying for and it seems TSI have been very much transparent for every one to see.

Also, I checked about the "hiring" thing, seems like I haven't seen any "We are hiring" posts. But anyhow, they are still entitled for that because if ever one will be hired, he will be employed under Temps and Staffers Inc. and not under the client they are assigned to. TSI will be the one giving his salary and not the client he is assigned to. So yes, THEY ARE HIRED BY TSI.

But of course, for permanent placements or direct hiring (also one of the services of TSI), you will be directly hired by the client but of course after TSI screens you. So passing thru TSI is really a big thing.

Look bro, that is how an agency operates. I know so coz my Dad also owns two around Luzon Area (not really like TSI but basically the same). Not everybody understands coz a lot doesn't know how businesses like that of agencies run.

Yup, I admit, I'm not that familiar with your business. So do you mean when I got hired at this call center that temps and staffers endorsed me to, Temps and Staffers is the one paying my salary? I didn't know that and I wasn't informed by the call center... Anyway, just sharing my opinions about it though

I have no intentions of making Temps and Staffers look bad or anything, but like other threads and posts here, I'm just sharing my expeiences and what I think about it. I guess other people who will get jobs soon through Temps and Staffers can also post their opinions and experiences regarding this company

As I've said, one of the services of TSI is permanent placement or direct hiring. If the call center you were endorsed to chose direct hiring, then of course, they will be the one paying your salary but if they didn't, TSI will. So if the call center you were endorsed to chose the contractual service of TSI and not permanent placement, then your employer would be TSI and not the call center.

And Also my "They are hiring.. ." post of course is general. I posted that coz I knew that they are hiring for both TSI field/ client-assigned employees and permanent placements. So basically, still they are HIRING.

Yeah, I know. Everyone is entitled for their opinions here. It's just that, I really would want to wipe out the stereotypical ideas of the people about agencies. You see, it's not that bad at all. We just don't understand how it works so we tend to spit some words that we didn't realize we already bad-mouth them.
