SELF DEFENSE MIXED MARTIAL ARTS Club (SEL-DEF for short) is a new organization based in Cebu, and a sister company of JUNAS Fitness Gym.

It is a martial arts club committed to the promotion of Grappling, Thaiboxing, kickboxing, combat judo, basic arnis, Filipino Martial Arts, Boxing and Women’s Self-Defense through seminars and classes.

For registration:

Membership fee for one year is 200 (apil na i.d ani)
Monthly payment is P600
