We pioneered a new BPO company, my advice is: don't. Until you have a specific campaign, a client, don't.

Before I agreed to this new job, I thought of the BPO industry as a land with abundance of hidden treasures. It turned out, kusog na kaayo ang kumpitensya diri. It isn't easy at all to earn money anymore. I know of numerous entrepreneurs who started BPO business ... and regretted them.
