1. Subscription to Value Added Services (VAS) via text
2. Option to unsubscribe to message alerts on advertisements and promos
3. Charging of Prepaid Balance Inquiry via IVR (dialing 222)

a. Subscription to Value Added Services (VAS) via text -
- Subscribers are only charged for VAS they have opted for
b. Option to unsubscribe to message alerts on advertisements and promos -
- Here are the ways to check and confirm your services:
. Text CHECK to Access number (e.g. 2346) to see the list of VAS you are currently subscribed to; and
. Call 211, via Handyphone or 7301000, via landline to request a specific VAS to be opted out or not to receive message alerts on advertisements and promos."
c. Charging of Prepaid Balance Inquiry via IVR (dialing 222) -
- Notice to the Public and it has been announced through text broadcast that inquiring balance by calling 222 will be charged a minimal fee of P1 per inquiry effective May 13, 2005. While Globe's service on Balance inquiry by texting BAL to 222, remains free of charge.
