radeon pd ko, mas barato sila, sahay ila issues ky drivers, pero krn bag.o nga 12.11 murag ne stable na..

Hello Friends,
I have use both Radeon and Nvidia cards in the past. In terms of performance for money, the Radeon cards have the edge. However I have found the Radeon drivers and in particular the Catalyst software to be buggy and poorly supported in the past and in my opinion it lets the hardware down. The NVIDIA drivers and software seem more stable and NVIDIA seem to release updates quickly when issues are found with specific games. Personally, I would go with NVidia as they are the only manufacturer that I have had experience with. Others will probably disagree, and there is nothing wrong with that. What will actually help me to make an informed decision for you are your system specs, specifically the chipset and the integrated graphics (if any). If the chipset is NVidia (as mine is) then I would go with the NVidia card. If it is AMD then I would probably steer towards the ATI one.

It's the voices in my head that won't stahp... ATI/AMD RADEON regardless of poor driver updates/support ^^

+1 for Nvidia here... i'm an avid fan of their Physx... nindot kaayo if ang games mo support sa ani na technology man gud... eye candy kaayo ang effects...
my love for Physx started from Ageia... to Nvidia today... ilaha man gud gipalit ang Ageia para magamit nila ang Ageia Physx technology... then gi patay nila ang Ageia PPU... then gamit ang CUDA nila for Physx... mao ni ang wala nko gi ganahan nila... mega gggrrrr... "No support" na ang Ageia PPU sa new drivers... nindot ra ba gyud unta ang PPU for Physx kay mas pas2x for Physx computation... wla na gamit ang Ageia Physx PPU nako dri... tsk tsk tsk...Last edited by lloyd_joy; 11-05-2012 at 05:52 PM.

ATI Radeon sauna pa ko ani, regardless sa mga driver issues... mas ganahan pod ko sa ilang designs kaysa NVIDIA.
