need help about a pc problem

maayong buntag mga masters!!!

problem: di maka-ON sa monitor ang CPU...bale instead of usual BLUE color, ORANGE pirmi...kanang standby nalang ba...
wa puy "tick" sound to indicate a hard drive/ram error...
power supply is okay kay mo-tuyok ang fan sa processor and USB jacks are working (tested with USB electric fan)...
akong gi-test ang


tried these:
- physical check-up sa wires
- re-attaching hard drive/ram/video card out (kay on-board man ang video)/proc/monitor
- changed with a working hard drive/ram/monitor
- to make sure the used ram, monitor, and hard drive, ako gi-attach sa laing computer....okay man.....

akong tan-aw kay either ani ang problem:
- on-board video
- mobo


***asking here basin mada pani ug noob or inexperienced (ME) nga repair kay way extra kwarta....
***asking here kay di gusto ma-ilad nga "guba ni sir" bisan okay ra diay or worse, mahimulbulan....

try daw ayaw e connect..
kay nka suway ko nga dili mo on ang monitor nko
nya ako gi usab ang connection sa akong fans
imbis nga gi tagsa2 nko sila ug connect sa molex connector
akong gi series ang fans nya isa nlng ka molex pra nila..
mao to.. ni andar na ang monitor.. hehehe

mobo juy chances basta ingon ani TS...palit jud ka bag o ana....

You mentioned reseating your video card and you have on-board video, so I guess you have both, no beep error sound, fans working, if so, did you check your HDD LED? If it's still lit up about a minute after switching your CPU on, just my guess, maybe the signal intended for the original monitor was diverted to a secondary monitor, most on-board and video cards have this feature. @Elvin - wala gi-re-seat sir...ang cable ra gi-pull out then plug back in...so, dili ra tingali sa signal/switch sa on-board ug plugNplay vidcard...any, thanks for your input...

basin ipa-check nalang gyud ni nako ug shop....

maayo ba ang carlotech sa emall? nakapa-change lcd/digitizer sa cellphone, 200 man pangyo...murag mahal ra...not sure sa PC....

If you have video card & on-board, some vid cards have dual output, try plugging the monitor to one at a time, maybe the signal intended for the original monitor was diverted to a secondary monitor, most on-board and video cards have this feature

on board ra video card sir...not likely naa'y signal issue...

para ma isolate ang guba bro. try ug power-on nga walay ram. Kung mo beep gani, its either video card or psu ang guba ana. kung wala gani beep, mobo or procie ang possible guba ana. try this. hope will help.

tried isolating the issue but not removing the ram...
