Paet, nadakpan ko ganiha dapit sa Sykes kanang naay Jolibee diha sa Panagdait ug sa dihang naisyuhan ko ug TOP. TOP ba jud na dayun nga wa man gani ko kabantay na napundir na diay ang usa ka suga nako, wala diay ni warning? ask lang unta ko kung unsa klaro nga process ani pagkuha sa lisensya balik kay murag wa man toy klaro naghatag ug instruction ganiha. tried their website but it's not responding, maybe some downtime needed. Idk unsa ila grounds for TOP pero as a driver, responsibility man nato to check sa atong sakyanan before ta mo depart sa balay if everything is working, of course next to the driver's condition to drive.

With regards to TOP, I guess tagaan ka 3 days nga permit to drive. Sa paglukat, bayad jud ka + seminar.

actually, it was only one headlight, seems that napundir ang isa ka side. was working fine the other night when i went out. after work earlier on my way home the bulb went out, in time for these LTO guys to spot, just some bad luck i guess. went to cfg and had new ones installed. anyway, the person who gave me the TOP didn't give clear instructions how or where to go about getting my license back, that's why i'm here.

anyone know the steps what to do or where to go to sort this? the enforcer said i can have other people do it for me but those guys piqued my interest so i'm going to do it myself.

Adto jud ka sa LTO ana, den pacheck pa ka sa emu motmot sa MVIS. Almost 2k jud na tanan kay pangayoan pa ka sa taga MVIS.hahaha, Preha mo sa ako bro pero defect tail light lang iya.

just curious where you guys got the number 1,500 as the penalty. the enforcer told me it was only 300. i have a a copy of LTO fines and it also says 300. the statement on headlights can even be contested legally. it would be an interesting experience if they try to extort money.
