    binging is one common eating habit nga atong ma encounter. i for one is a victim of this. i would stick to my diet for few days, pero naa juy time nga murag down kaau ko or depressed maybe because of the low sugar intake sa akong body so ang ending, naa juy time nga pagustuhan nako akong kaugalingon ug kaon taman sa akong gusto and end up feeling guilty after. ka relate mo? food is my comfort man gud. im trying to change this but it cant really be an abrupt change. kinsa diri ang ingon ani? how do u fight it? akong himuon, nakakaon gani kog taman, mag cardio ko mga 45-60 mins para lang ma burn akong gikaon. silly me.

    Hey, we do have that day gyud. You can call it your cheat day.. Binging from time to time won't hurt ypur physique man to be honest. SO long as di sya consistent na kaau na maalter na imo metabolism. Don't worry you're okay. yaw ra palabi...

    Same here mam but if regular ka nag workout like 3-4x a week ok ra man na basta dli lang pud pirmi........

    you sounded bulimic. In fact, you fall to both its categories- purge and non purge. for purge, obviously, mao nang i suka and non purge is to do strenuous exercises after feeling guilt secondary to eating too much. been there and even still there sometimes, the non-purge type lang nuon. okay raman basta aware lang ta and we know how to counteract these things sometimes like instead of purging which may cause hypokalemia (very fatal), nag non-purge ko. still naay mga risks but na lessen. you are not alone t.s.

    ^^i will never induce myself to vomit the food i just ate. kani laging wala man koy laing bisyo, i turn to food for comfort, but again dili man siya permi. mga once a week lang, kanang lami ikaon ug daghan rice with fried thingy or chichiria or sweets, ice cream or cake. pero like u, mag work out jud ko after para dili ma store ang super daghan calories na intake. haha. hahayz, nus a kaha ni mawala sa atong systema.hehe

    ani mn sd ko sometimes...

    knng lami kaau ang pagkaon unya mag lisod ka ug control, kaon lng ng kaon... and ma guilty dayon after..

    pero ok ra mn ky d mn sd pirme, bsta balik nsad sa balanced diet the next day and pasingot gamay para pas2x metabolism...

    dli kaau ko sweto anng ingon ani pero at least i am now at my 8th month sa sgeg control sa kaon... dli sd ko muscle builder, bsta fit lng gd para sd mka move ug easy ky hilig sd ug sports bya...

    Sometimes this will cause chemical imbalance sa lawas. Eat healthy lng jud and exercise regularly.
