binging is one common eating habit nga atong ma encounter. i for one is a victim of this. i would stick to my diet for few days, pero naa juy time nga murag down kaau ko or depressed maybe because of the low sugar intake sa akong body so ang ending, naa juy time nga pagustuhan nako akong kaugalingon ug kaon taman sa akong gusto and end up feeling guilty after. ka relate mo? food is my comfort man gud. im trying to change this but it cant really be an abrupt change. kinsa diri ang ingon ani? how do u fight it? akong himuon, nakakaon gani kog taman, mag cardio ko mga 45-60 mins para lang ma burn akong gikaon. silly me.
