Installing win2k error..

When installing WIN2K professional on my P3 it gave the following error message.

File \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded
The error code is 4
Setup can not continue ...

Unsa may pasabot any? and how fix this prob?

maybe that particular file exe cannot read from the cd

check the CD or try to check the memory and the HDD

check CD. most of the time, the drive cant read from it.

here's what i think:
1 probably wrong bios config (specially CPU setting)
2 faulty ram

try loading bios default, or clear cmos. if that doesnt work, swap ram

try to check if your cd has a scratch.

the problem is within your cd installer or the cdrom especially if your cd installer is copied from the original

first check ur cd installer, or u can try another win2k installer

second remount ur memory, clean the memory contact with an eraser or spray it wid contact cleaner

third repartition ur harddisk

bro, naa mga possibilities ana nganu dil cya mo tiwas og instal maybe its ur cd installer scratch na kaau or unable 2 read ang imo cd ro some instances also gubaon ang cd rom. i think imo computer naka meet man sad sa requirements sa win 2 k kay pentium III gud. kaya ra na......
