Sniper MX or Rouser 135LS, asa mas "kusog"?

I'm not trying to incite a flame here. Curious lang ko kay I've heard many times nga mag kusog daw ang Sniper MX when it comes to speed though same ra sa Rouser nga 135cc. I know nga naay daghang factors nga mka apekto sa speed, weight, wind, rider's position and such but kung roughly the same weight lang ang riders asa ang mas kusog?

Wala pa ko naka try ug go up against a sniper mx sa SRP so I cannot really say kung mas kusog ba ang rouser or sniper.
