Hello...
I was employed as Faculty for two years at College located at Lapulapu City. A certain manpower agency (N*****) set up this College. I resigned there last June 2012. I am claiming all my benefits because I found out that they are not remitting all the benefits they had constantly deducting from me. Worse is that, they even cannot give us the Form 2316 from 2010 to 2012. And I need that form because my present employer is requiring me to pass it. And I had already paid 20,000 to them because they told me I lacked 21, 388.00 on tax deductions. But still they wont give it to me because I lacked 1,388.00.

Sir, please help me... Why is this? Is this legal



Also Sir, I also wanted to get a loan from SSS. Unfortunately, they have not remitted yet all the SSS payments they deducted from my salary for two years including Withholding tax which is 8000+ per month, then Philhealth and Pag-ibig. And they are constantly deducting those benefits from our salary. I patiently waited for the updates or any settlement but wala po talaga. So many excuses. I do have payslips to show to you as an evidence that they are constantly deducting those benefits.



And I am not the only victim. There are other teachers there who until now hadnt received their 13th month and benefits yet. Regarding sa 13th month sa 2011, they already gave after I threatened them to report them to DOLE.

mas maayo TS kung moadto jud ka sa office s DOLE pra matabangan ka..pwede man ka mag file ug complait dadto na annonymous..dili e disclose imu name dadto a imu daan na employer..

pwede pud ka mo visit sa site sa http://dole.gov.ph and email them..that's what I did and ni reply man sad sila ug advice on what to do..

kinsa gud di masuko.. religious kaau cla mu-deduct na pay tax tag 8000+ per month.. sus.. nya wala diay gi-remit.. mao diay wala jud mi kadawat og Form 2316 from BIR since 2010..

Do you have your payslips with you, you need it as proof. Certificate of employment naka secure ka? Pwede sad na magamit as proof.

TS..mas maayo magtapok mo sa imong mga kaila nga complainants..you'll have a stronger case if daghan mo. I suggest nga imo ning tang-tangon ang ma details nga imo gipost diri para dili mo sa balikan. Adtoa diretso ang office sa DOLE yaw paabot og email. if wala gani action, adto sa media..mao ni pinaka epiktibo nga paagi pra makuha ninyo ang inyong benipisyo.
