Default the current teacher scenario in the philippines

i don't have much of an idea about the scenario of educators in the phil. but i've heard some bad things, namely:

many graduated in education courses yet only few are employed as teachers by profession
many teachers are needed in the public schools but the selection process are somewhat unattainable
average pay, but it takes 48 years to wait for your salary

as a graduate in education myself i am also concerned about this things. although dili jud tingali ni sakto akong gipang-enumerate dire.
kamo mga ED. or teachers, or anyone, please give some light to this pressing issues daw.

wow! speaking english is the barometer diay of the quality of our education. may gani kabaw sad ko mag english. heheheheh intelligent diay ko.

48 years kay gi exaggertae rana nako oi.

i heard from a fellow ed. graduate na si osmeña daw kay gipang pili-an daw ang mga teachers jud sa public schools dire sa cebu. dapat lang uy kay nagka way klaro ang public schools.

so mao na, i think those aspiring teachers would have to step-up their game nalang jud.
