My printer dili mu communicate sa akong computer OS vista

helo mga ka istoryans, i guess i need help na jud sa mga xpert for many years trouble shooting printers this is my first time happen to me na dili naku ma solved ang problema, k ang akong printer was been installed successfuly but when i print it dli xa i detect sa computer and port ok man walay problema i try uninstall the re install again, i try my other printer to install but wa gihapon mi work out

NOte: my new printer is working well in my other computer which is Windows 7 and as well as mac, but sa Vista dili mo communicate clang duha hope naa naka encounter ani give us some ur experience.

akong duda lagi naa sa OS if mag reformat q patay ang mga files k sa akong uncle rabi ni na computer mao na hesitant q mu reformat ang akong printer sa office akong gi daa to see to it na basin ok ang akng printer k sa akong uncle na printer, hmmm...is there anyway ani? bisag print test gud dili xa mu print.

suss pagkahasol baya anang vista basta mag install ka'g printer.. naka experience ko ani sa office.. cge ko balhin2 sa usb port pero wa jud.. maygani nahadlok ang cpu ibunal na unta nako haha!

akong gibuhat kay, pag restart gi-uninstall ang driver, tanan jud na features pag install nimo first.. reboot napod.. reinstall.. then BOOm! ni-ok ramn sad..

Naa jud mu gawas na dialog box saying "windows cannot print due to problem printer current setup" that is why i was suspecting first sa akong printer but everything is ok man hmm...

yes hastang dili na naku ma ehap ang uninstall and reinstalled rebooting waaaahhh same lang gihapon

actually ang printer mi work out ni xa before same OS on same computer they are using this year already just this week ra jud mi trouble, they suspect na ang printer ang problem ilang gi send sa printer shop but na ingon sa technician ok raman ang printer

try this option sis... right click installer nimo tapos run as administrator... if nothing happen option no.2 right click installer go to properties tapos click compatibility tapos check dialog box [] Run this program in compatibility mode select xp3... same pud sa baba nya check pud na run this pgram com mode...

other option sa sa printer settings basin naka parallel port instead usb port?
