question to ps3 owners?

I inquired at datablitz and gamegizmo and their price is 12k for a 360 gb ps3 slim. I went to sony and their price is 16k.

Gamegizmo staff said that sony jacks up their prices just because of their name and that their services for repairs are very slow since they have to send your unit to another country. On the other hand, the sony sales staff claimed that datablitz and game gizmo sell inferior models because their parts come from Hong Kong, China and they even went on to say that those units are jailbroken.

Has anyone bought a ps3 from these stores? What can you say about the quality and the service? Thanks in advance!

Datablitz/Itech - gray market. Cheaper price. they offer only "store warranty". Datablitz do not sell jailbroken ps3's.
Sony PH - Official. More expensive due to full sony warranty coverage.

Units sold by datablitz and Itech are all brand new. It will only be opened upon initial testing as requested by the customer.

btaw TS. brandnew man jud na sa datablitz/itech. then natural rajud na ang market sa sony dri sa southeast asia kai made in china. ngita kag made in japan na japanese ang bios TS? hehehe

I also buy my PS3 from Datablitz and accessories at Itech, almost same ra cla price.. Datablitz does not recommend jailbreak PS3.

i just brought them last month. They have a good service and ang ganda ng quality! Sobra! so i really recommend it to my friends and family.
