mo mater ba sa speed or sa cooling system?
cooling solutions, much higher base clocks than the reference and some is already factory overclocked..
well i got this from searching google too,. this might help,.
"Reference is basically the stock design that NVidia/ATI came out with and gave to their board partners (manufacturers like eVGA and BFG). The board manufacturers can then take that Reference design and make modifications to it (heatsink/fan design, overclock, etc etc), or they can just release the reference design (usually labeled as stock or reference card, which means no modifications). "
much better off if non-ref card but ever mo buy ka ug non-ref vcard pag pili ug mau ..like MSI twin frozr or ASUS DCU II![]()
Sometimes, "reference" pertains more to the circuit (and pcb) layout/design than to the cooling solution or shroud or clocks. A card could be overclocked but could still be reference, could have modified fans but could still be reference. But most of the time, kung revised cooling, dili gyud sya reference.. Pwede overclocked pero reference gihapon like some models sa evga..
^^ research bro and reviews...i just realized murag reference ra diay ni akong jetsteam 660ti but with a beefed up cooler lang...
