Default Printing Press Business kinsa ganahan mo-apil?

i'm about to start the printing business, particularly letterpress which prints Official Receipts, Letterheads, Invitations, Election Campaign Materials, etc.

the machine and other equipments needed is quite expensive, mao nga kinahanglan jud additional capital.

kinsa ganahan dinha mopuno ug capital? you may choose unsa ganahan nimo nga option sa imo investment, pagpili lang ani:
    1. Stockholder - you will own shares of stocks, profit sharing will be every year depending on the net income we earn during the year. As stockholder, you may also participate in running the business, you can also monitor the operation if its really earning or losing, you may also examine the books of accounts para naa transparency, walay tago-tago ug walay pagpangilad.
    2. Lender - you will earn a fix interest on your investment. you may not able to participate in running the business but you can monitor the operation to ensure the payment of your money invested.

    what you think?

as to how much you will invest, it will be up to you, any amount will do.

stocks cost at P100 per share, if you will invest P10,000 then you will be holding 100 shares in the company (100 shares @ P100 = P10,000)

Registration is on process. Unsa man inyo gusto, mosulod mo after na maregister or gusto mo moapil as one of the incorporators?

Its ur choice whether huwaton ninyo mahuman ug register or u want to help on the organization stage.

Right now, we already finished with the name reservation sa SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission). We're drafting the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, after which kay magdeposit sa bank sa paid-up capital and opening sa corpkrate bank account. Estimated time mahuman register kay next week.

I think its better to set a meeting nalang and i will discuss the mission vision of the business. I aim for a big time printing press which includes not only letterpress but also offset printing and digital printing, but if i do this alone mura ug dugay jud kaayo ni nako marealize nga plan, so mao na nga ako i-offer sa public, pamasin lang kun naa ganahan moapil. I want this to be organized para ma-protectahan ang interest sa tanan nga investor, whether P100 investment or P100,000 imo investment, all will be treated equal and fair.
