It really depends on your goal.
If you want to gain weight or consume protein with more calories,, carbs and fat, then GAINERS are your best bet.
If you want it as a supplement, again this depends on your goals and BUDGET.
ON whey gold standard and MP combat are very good choices.
If you want the best kind of whey protein, nothing beats whey protein isolate. (most brands carry these too)
REMEMBER:
The cheaper the protein powder, they will have more carbs, fat and calories.
The expensive ones have less calories, less fat and less carbs.
It really boils down to what you really need at the moment.
