Business Permit for piso2 computer, is it necessary?

mga bro gud day, i have 8 units of piso2 and im planing to expand to a internet cafe, with printer, cams.. etc.. pero coin operated ghapon.. planing to add 8 units para ma 16 units.. is it really necessay na naa jud business permit? kung necessary jud unsa on pag koha.. any idea mga bro.. need help...

its up to you bro if you want to be legally inline in business.. pero naa man pud uban diha gud nga wala na register..
Legally aside, ok ra man mag kuha business permit but u have to consider the ff:
monthly reportorial to SSS, Phic and pag-ibig, especially bir reports kay if malate ka pag pay sa bir dako pa ang penalty kaysa tax amount na imo bayaran..
First you have to secure DTI, then mgpa asses ka sa city treasurer, after asesment mag pay ka sa amount nga gi assist. after sa city treasurer you have to register sa BIR within 60days if not penalty ka ana.. then after ana naa paka dghan clearances kuhaon og other permits... anyway if you want to hire a bookkeeper to do it all for you ingna lang ko. bro diretso raka sa inyo cityhall....all you want to learn naa ra na didto ang tubag ana...no need to hire an assistant ug mas pa ang bookkeeper..

U should get a business permit for that. City Hall is doing tax mapping and the BIR too. They go around inspecting business establishments to see if they have the proper permits. You would be penalized if you don't have permits to operate...

After DTI adto nasad ka sa BIR ,,daghan form imo fill up... mayta maka timing ka ug maau na batasan na empleyado (hehehe)

but first -- kuha ka daan ug local permits sa inyo munisipyo like barangay permit, then mayors permits...

Sa ako barangay ra ug mayors permits ako kihua sa ako mga units... 2000 plus ako nagasto
