Hi mga fellow istoryans,First time ko ani na mga PLAN, so very NOObies jud ko, so I need help if kinsa naka Plan na sa GLOBE ninyu, need lang ko ug mga informations about GLOBE Plans, nag libog jud ko...... On september 5, 2012 ako nakuha akong Phone then on september 7, 2012 na activate akong SIM..... Akong plan is unlisurf COMBO 2499 (free PHONE)..... Ang ge kalibugan ra nako is I have consumables na 1500 , and then mga freebies na free call and etc,.... deli ko perminte mo gamit sa call, panagsa ra mga 2 mins lang , then pag check nako on Today september 20, 2012 i have outstanding balance na P416.51 mo due daw on 10/02 and Unbilled charge as of 09/20 is P151.35........... Pasabot ba ani is ang ako ma bayran is 2499 + 416.51 + 151.35 = 3066.86 pesos? Dba naa koy consumables ani na 1500 + freebies..... Please ko give information about this kay nag libug jud ko ug na guol kaayu ko ani.....

Outstanding balance = Current bill nimo, kulang ka'g bayad or wala pa nimo bayari based from your current bill.

Unbilled Charges = Current/Running nimo from cut off date..

Now, imung current/running is 151.35, but wala pa ka-abot og P2499,
So now, kung mo-abot na ksa sa cut off date nimo og di ka ka-abot og P2499,
bayad gihapon nimo is P2499, as far as I know sa ingon ani nga plan,
then kung mo-lapas na ka sa P2499, diha na mo-add..

Basta minimum nimo is P2499...as far as I know sa ingon ani nga plan, kay mao pud ni ako sauna, P1200 nga plan.

mahala diay ana plan2x sa naa man daw uban kana butangan ug hidden charges. matinga lang na mo kalit dako ang bill. hehe.

pait man pd usahay ang sun bro jd..makaguba ug pamilya kay pirmi delayed ang txt and naa jd time sa day (early evening) nga maglisod sulod ang mga calls..

i have both sun and globe plans..ako globe kay business plan xa...for the past 10 yrs i have globe wla ko kasulay hidden charges nila and i can always rely on their network wherever i go..bsta f u get to know ur plan and manage ur usage, all is well..

you can ask also customer service para ma-clarify jud nimo, official jud from globe customer support..

mahal2x pud bro.. pero na-uso man pud tong style sa globe nga flexi-plan ba na? kanang maka-pili ka sa imung plan..

I'm using plan since 2001.. same number for more than a decade.. Wala man ko kabantay nuon og hidden charges, kay naa ra man tanan sa bill, tanan outgoing BILLED calls, makit.an, unlimited globe-globe calls kay dili makit.an...

makit.an pud kung pila ka text messages na-send og kung ga-gamit og GPRS, makit.an pud..

mo-total man jud og sakto bro, naka-detailed pud tanan..

I guess it is something to do with your pro-rated charge.. just check with Globe Customer Service hotline.

and ask when is your bill cut off date every month.

i suggest visiting the nearest globe outlet to validate the charges. they are the best person to ask.
