LOOKING FOR MEDICAL TELEPHONE OPERATOR (HOMEBASED)

Our company is looking to hire a 2 full time Medical Telephone Operators that would be working on day and night shift EST time.

morning shift : 8:00 p.m - 5:00 a.m Philippine time
night sift : 6:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m Philippine Time

Job Summary:
Answer all incoming calls into the facility’s main telephone lines, physician’s answering service and in house operator calls.
Rapidly, accurately, and respectfully process incoming requests
Provide physician and departmental on call information as requested to include various answering services.

Customer Focus:
- As the voice of the hospital, demonstrate customer focus by anticipating and responding to customer needs, always presenting a positive image of the hospital.
- Treat all customers with care, courtesy, respect and concern.


Qualifications:
Must be able to work all shifts.
Must have strong communications and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to speak English clearly.
Highly flexible and able to cover varied shifts and adapt to fast pace environment.
Previous medical customer service experience but not a must as long as eager to work and learn.
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in operating a computer

Training will be provided.


Compensation :
morning shift : $350.00 per month
night sift : $400.00 per month
