at the end of the day, it is the entire philippine nation that will once again be the subject of ridicule and as a lauging stock in the eyes of the international community..

I'm not favoring trillanes but i'm inclined to blame manong johnny coz he lost his cool and displayed his pride even to the point of divulging sensitive and confidential diplomatic negotiations in the midst of very fragile situation between china and us..

JPE: Trillanes a 'Phantom of PH Politics'




MANILA, Philippines - Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile on Wednesday branded Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV a "fraud" and a "Phantom of Philippine Politics" for allegedly pushing for China's interests in the territorial row over West Philippine Sea.
Enrile read the alleged notes of Philippine Ambassador to China Sonia Brady that showed Trillanes allegedly met with Chinese officials secretly at least 16 times.
According to the notes, Trillanes allegedly accused Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert Del Rosario of committing treason for "internationalizing" the sea row.
It revealed Trillanes allegedly talked to businessman Manny V. Pangilinan to tell Del Rosario to tone down the rhetoric "since the two go a long way back."
Enrile said Trillanes allegedly wanted del Rosario replaced with Mar Roxas.
