üFinancial Analyst/Accountant

Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
This role offers an opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the area of Inventory, Subcontract Manufacturing and Cost Accounting for ATE Operations. Responsibilities will include:

- Analysis and review of weighted average Item costs for semi-annual standards setting, specifically for the MTD Oracle Manufacturing Organization.
- Reconciliations of General Ledger Inventory accounts against both perpetual and non-perpetual activity.
- Review Setups for Part Costs in Oracle editing all exceptions requiring corrections.
- Maintain the database related to the CPS (Customer Parts Service) Oracle Manufacturing Organization’s purchase price variance reporting. Likewise, maintain and update the Oracle Standard Costs for this
Organization.
- Responsibility for the analysis and reconciliation of Inventory in-transit balances between ATE Operations and the Global Service Organization.
- Involvement with Sarbanes Oxley controls relating to STD Inventory ensuring associated evidencing for Internal/External Audit.
- Create reviews and analyses associated with support and recording of manual journal entries during monthly and quarterly financial closes.
- Extensive use of and with our Oracle Manufacturing ERP system for the purposes of financial reporting.


Education / Training / Skills / Experience Required:


- BS degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- Minimum one to three years of related business experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office and associated desktop applications.
- Strong analytic and communication skills.



üAccounting Clerk (Accounts Payable)

Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
· Responsible for the daily processing of invoices to include the resolution of basic invoice matching holds.
· Interacts and communicates through e-mail and phone with purchasing agents and suppliers.
· Creates and produces reports and spread sheets.
· Manages specialized research related to payments and responds to questions. May be required to reconcile and clear accounts.
· Actively participates in department and interdivisional projects.
· Ensures company-wide compliance of all Accounts Payable policies and controls.

Required Skills and Experience:
· College degree in Accounting-related courses
· Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, Manufacturing Accounts Payable experience preferred
· Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Lotus Notes, MS Excel
· Knowledge of the Accounts Payable software, Oracle preferred
· Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
· Must have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
· Knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures as they relate to Accounts Payable preferred
· Must be able to process large volumes of data accurately and within deadlines
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills a must. Able to interact with outside vendors and employees
· Must be able to resolve invoice problems professionally
· Experience with electronic invoice imaging, and workflow approval technologies desired

· Serve as the single point of contact in Cebu for the Global Service Organization's marketing team

· Lead in the development of the organizational capability of the marketing function

· Develop and maintain a Core Services Quarterly Business Dashboard to anticipate trends, manage the business, and guide new project efforts

What you need to have:
· Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint are required. Merlin, Oracle and MS Access knowledge is a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with standard tools and techniques of Project Management

· Understand basic finance principles including fixed and variable costs, depreciation, contribution margin

· Effective communication with international teams with a broad range level of abstraction and management skills including off-hours conference calls as needed

· Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving and analytical skills

· Strong leadership and customer focused skills

· Able to anticipate customer considerations and articulate product positioning

· With minimum 4-7 years of previous marketing/sales experience either in product or service marketing along with demonstrated leadership.

· Semiconductors/Electronics business background is an advantage

· Preferably an Engineering graduate



CSO Project Specialist

Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions

- Drives CSO projects from conception through project completion.
- Works with multiple cross-functional groups over the life of the project to coordinate
the dependencies and timing of the deliverables within the constraints of the project
scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinates the planning, execution and delivery of the project requirements.
- May lead multi-functional teams, assists in meetings to ensure best practices are applied,
identifies the need for and assists in establishing additional cross-functional liaisons.

Education / Training / Tasks / Skills / Experience Required

- Bachelor’s degree; prefer an internal applicant and a technical person
- Excellent organizational, communication and composition skills including ability to communicate
and foster communication between project/functional groups
- Has advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills
