Responsibilities:
The position has proven quality assurance and project analysis experience to contribute toward the success of Savvysherpa's technology initiatives. Assists in managing software test environment data and provides support for major audits and reviews of programs and processes. Advises management regarding possible resolutions to deficiences in software code, application process design , and data privacy compliance issues within the code or database.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years automation testing using QTP
- Knows advanced testing strategies on both automated and manual testing process.
- Knows at least one tool to automate web application testing.

Associate Document Developer
Responsibilities:
- Author business documents using the EMC | Document Sciences xPression Suite design tool, xDesign
- Responsible for assisting with the development and execution of data mining analysis to enhance document functionality and identify data relationships and patterns
- Writes criteria based business logic and data query statements for document assembly and composition
- Uses Microsoft Word 2007 for authoring Content Pieces of highly regulated documents
- Establishes knowledge of XML schema design and data integrity issues
Requirements:
- PC and Microsoft Office skills, specifically styles and formatting with Microsoft Word 2007

Linux System Developer
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable and has experience in the following: Linux, operating system, Embedded Linux, Windows Operating system, Linux Device Drivers, Linux Kernel Development, Open Embedded, Poky Linux, EFL, GTK+, X Server, UBoot, Build root, Symbian, RTOS ARM9, PowerPC, x86, QEMU, OpenGL, UML Design, PHP, Ruby on Rails, GIT, SVN, SSH
- Can enable and maintain build root support – provide tool chain and file system creation support
- Knowledge and hands on experience to Port U-Boot boot loader – can configure to support the new ARM9 CPU, coded the boot up code, added additional custom boot loader commands, implemented device drivers (SDRAM initialization, serial, network, timer and GPIO) and provide overall code maintenance
- Knowledge and hands on experience to Port Linux kernel to configure new CPU, coded initial kernel boot up codes, implemented device drivers (IRQC, timer, serial, network, USB device) and provide overall code maintenance
Communication Systems Developer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for configuration/maintenance/upgrades of Linux operating systems, Asterisk PABX/ViciDial system for Cebu & Minneapolis.
- Work with the Process Design team in designing and configuration for ViciDial on different call center campaigns.
- Work with the Nurses Lab to ensure DID’s, queue’s, campaigns are configured correctly for all campaigns.
- Work with Software Development team on the integration of ViciDial/Asterisk with a home grown CRM solution.
- Developer Telephony/Call Center applications as required based on project needs.
- Research and implement add on telephony solutions (video conferencing, etc).
- Assist local I.T. team on other development/infrastructure projects
- Other duties as assigned by management
