naa man jud na reaction ang plastic kung mainit, i sometimes use plastic in heating food pero seconds ra, pero 1 minute above na gali, i use porcelain or glass dishes...

ok ra man siguro ang plastic sa microwave. pero dapat bantayan na ang kanang symbol na nagtriangle na arrow nga naay number sa tunga 1-5, i think 5 is the safest

I don't like to use plastic plates or containers in the microwave. I can smell and taste the plastic in my food after reheating in the microwave and I been hearing this chemicals on plastics so.. I stop using them just a precaution.
