Who has had problems with Datablitz? Bought a Dragunov mouse last Aug 29 and now its defective. No replacement no repair. It only lights up when plugged in and then does not light up. The clicks work buit of course not lit so will not move. Stupid kaayo ilaha customer service ug dile pa maghatag name ilahang sup coz policy...policy? then if they are confident about the policy then the sup should be confident enough to give the name.
edit: I did a follow up, the sales girl and the supervisor will not give their names. Hilas au coz they said policy daw not to give names. Anyway, after talking to the girl, she told the customer after that shes sorry for the delay coz this customer (me) would not listen. WTF is this?trying to get the sympathy of the other customers by blaming "me" because I am exerting my rights as a customer
