    Default Datablitz issues


    Who has had problems with Datablitz? Bought a Dragunov mouse last Aug 29 and now its defective. No replacement no repair. It only lights up when plugged in and then does not light up. The clicks work buit of course not lit so will not move. Stupid kaayo ilaha customer service ug dile pa maghatag name ilahang sup coz policy...policy? then if they are confident about the policy then the sup should be confident enough to give the name.


    edit: I did a follow up, the sales girl and the supervisor will not give their names. Hilas au coz they said policy daw not to give names. Anyway, after talking to the girl, she told the customer after that shes sorry for the delay coz this customer (me) would not listen. WTF is this?trying to get the sympathy of the other customers by blaming "me" because I am exerting my rights as a customer Grabe na customer service, lupig pa CDR king...

    according to DTI:

    11. What is the minimum duration or period of an express or implied warranty?

    The duration of a warranty shall be reckoned with the following circumstances: - If there is a stipulation of the period agreed between the seller and the consumer within which the express warranty shall be enforceable; - If the implied warranty on merchantability accompanies an express warranty, both will be of equal duration; - Any other implied warranty: not less than 60 days nor more than one year following the sale of a new consumer product.

    Great to those with good experiences with Datablitz, but those with issues make yourselves heard

    I would not be surprised, since DB just gets their products mostly from resellers and not directly from distributors as what I've heard. It's also indicated in here: PinoyXbox • View topic - Datablitz and why we should no longer support them

    totally agree, but the bad part is on another thread, just 2 days dile nila i honor ang replacement policy, murag "repair" man.


    check this out Bad Experience at Data Blitz - Symbianize imagine they have the guts to say the oil that dripped from the "replacement' analog controller was just moisture...come on, not everyone is as stupid or ignorant as they are. Like in my case, ingnan pa ko niya "dile ka ser kasabot sa among policy??" ug "gi tagak nimo ser ciguro ang mouse" tsk tsk

    Adto mo sa DTI, para ma file inyo complain. Mas maayo man na maka hibalo cla para maka tabang cla sa inyo mga grievances and problem regarding the store. And for sure DTI will help you solve your problem, I had some bad experience with a store in the past and DTI help me and solve my problem.

    Remember DTI is pro customer agency, it's job is to protect the customers from unequal rights of the buyer against the seller.
