Why do some profiles have no "ADD FRIEND" option?

Unsaon pag add if wala sa ila profile ang option?

i tried this one but ican't seem to find "Add Friend"..it's just "Add Contact"..is it just the same?

ako pud.. then ang akong gi.add kay wala nakadawat ug notification/friend request. twice naku naka encounter ani. hmm?

The other way is to add the person to your contacts first. Then from your 'Contacts and Friends' page ask to be their friend by checking the box next to their name labelled 'Friend'. Next, save the page.

The reason for that maybe is the "Receive Friendship Request Email" is unchecked.

i can't see "Add Friend"..only "Add Contact"..mao cguro dli ko kaadd..

and for this..under sa Receive Email nako is only this "Receive Email from Administrators"..y is that?
